Is there an English speaking helpline for EDF. Our June bill is 2 or 3 times more than expected and I want to query it. I may say one of my neighbours bill is normally around 160€ and Junes bill is 2600€!!!!!!

Hey, go easy on the electric toothbrush!

They seem to be changing the system at present.

We have had 3 invoices in 3 months for each meter, all estimated.

We are currently waiting for a refund of €750 because they are paid by dd's.

They are more effective at getting money from customers than giving it back, I find
