Has anyone else used Parcels Please lately?
They seem a complete shambles, a parcel booked last Wednesday was finally picked up today from my office in England with them having failed to turn up on 3 other days. The same thing also happened the last time I used them.
They don't return phone calls and more often than not they don't answer the phone when called.
Have I just been unlucky?

I don't quite get the point, what has the shipment of a parcel got to do with Ryanair - surely you are not comparing a parcel with 3 day delivery to accompanied luggage.montgolfiere wrote:rather points out how Ryanair take the p**s.
We ONLY use Ryanair now as a last resort... I personally would much rather drive and with the 4 of us , in school holidays, a much cheaper option.

My neighbour just used www.parcel2ship.co.uk and it worked fine. A bit more expensive than parcelsplease used to be but about £20 for 30k I think.
Apparently parcelsplease have lost contract with UPS so costs have rocketed. Shame.
