Re-connecting Saur

Hello All,
I don't know If this is the right forum, but I am having a very frustrating time trying to re-connect my water supply, which has been disconnected without notice. I do however live in Australia, so maybe they couldn't find me. I live in the Occitane region, St Martin Sur Bousquet D'orb. Can anybody provide me with an English speaking help line? I have also emailed the local Marie for help.
Yours very frustrated, or you may be very helpful and help me call them, there how desperate am I?
