You will tend to inherit most/all of these from the previous occupants, unless it's a new build. Speak to the notaire if you're buying. Worth shopping around for insurance idc - Amarguiz (online) works for me. Also Internet if your Phone line is "dégroupée": I use Free. Otherwise go with EDF and GDF, which are almost certainly what the dwelling already has.
