Anyone wanting a lovely day out, fantastic scenery and amazing historical architechture I can recommend this 11th century Church. the guardians of the Church, Emmanuelle & Josie, are the lovliest people you could meet and do speak a little English. They offer guided tours explaining the history of the Church, the beautiful 12th century restored christ and the surrounding areas (foc, but as they are not paid to look after the Church a small tip would be a nice gesture).

Just behind the Church at the top of the hill is a ruined château with the most amazing views of the Canigou on one side and the sea on the other. It is a steep climb, but only 10 minutes and well Worth the effort.

Also a lovely picnic area opposite or Cafe/Restaurant in next village, La Bastide.
