Hot off the press.
Just had a phone call from Percy.
When he saw the F for France he decided it was Finland.
So he is in a sealed container bound for there.
When he arrives, a kind friend has promised to ship him back to the UK so that he can
"Start all over again"
La, la, la.

Well, you learn something new every day.
Could still be malaria of course.
Cure could be sealed container to Finland and lots of saunas.

It's in somewhere called Vantaa!!!
Looked it up - it is in Finland.
Tracking says - mislabelled and redirected!!
Back to Blighty to start all over again methinks.
Little man phoned up and had the nerve to ask if it was perishable.
Ah, well. Not to worry. Worse things happen at sea.

Code: Select all
Now someone will say, " Get a life!"
But have you ever noticed that people (mainly men) who say that, rarely have much of one??

Nice e mail received from Kyle in Troon, Ayrshire, Scotland!
Apologies for delay due to mislabelling of parcel.
We are to expect delivery on Friday!
Meanwhile, according to tracking, Percy remains somewhere in the depths of Finland.

Aw, come on, Percy.
Where are you???
Hope tracking is out of date.
If not, you are still somewhere in the depths of Finland.
This is nine days for heaven's sake.

Now at Malm.
By my reckoning this is further away from EVERYWHERE!
Joke has worn very thin.
There is no way I will see this parcel today.
Grrrrr.

No, Roger, it's already been there.
In fact it's done practically the whole of Scandinavia now - Denmark, Sweden, Finland and now Norway.
My guess might be Iceland next.
