Scaffolding & ladders
We are planning to paint our house in May and we really need to hire ( or borrow) some scaffolding and ladders for 3-4 days. Does anyone know where we could source some? Your help is much appreciated

scaffolding
Depending on whether or not the ground the ladder will be on is flat hubby suggests a ladder and roller on an extending pole.

For any serious painting job, especially involving ceilings, I would get scaffolding. It's about 4 times faster than messing around with ladders and long poles.

Mol did not specify whether this paint job was to indoor or outdoor walls. We used scaffolding when our outside walls were done, but the guy who did it said scaffolding was a bit of a faff for interior work ,and used one of those movable platform thingies. It was almost as cheap to buy one outright than hire it !Santiago wrote:For any serious painting job, especially involving ceilings, I would get scaffolding.
