Had lunch today at Totsompots, Colera. 4 courses, bottle of red, bottle of water, excellent, morish, bread and coffee for 12.50€. I dont know how they do it. Each course was good sized, especially my husbands pasta 2nd course. Left feeling so full. Excellent value and well cooked.

Hi BT

Its about 40 kms from Argeles on the coast road via Collioure, Port Vendres etc. Colera isnt far into Spain. As you enter Colera the restaurant is off to the left. Its a boring looking square building painted all over in a red/burgundy colour. Inside is decorated lovely and spotlessly clean.

I'd very much like to give this place a go,Sue,but we've been there twice now and found the door firmly shut.

Do you have a definitive list of opening times,by any chance, please?

Think I Pmd you by mistake John although hopefully it didnt go.
As far as I am aware Totsompots is open every day, lunchtime and evening. But unlike in France where you are expected to be there at 12 it doesnt open till 1 pm and is still taking in new customers just before 2 pm.

You could always ring ahead on 972 38 91 96 (assume Spanish code is required)

Yes,you did PM me Sue, Thanks.

I'm sure we did roll up there after 13h00. Maybe they were just closed for family reasons, holiday or similar.
