Car Valets (cleaning inside and out)

I am disabled and so have problems cleaning my car. Even this heavy rain does not clean under the rear window cover, door and boot sides and side mirrors.
It is very dirty inside and some of the upholstery needs help.
Do any of you know somebody who could help me? I am in Port-Vendres.
