Hello. I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place. Does anyone know how I can pay EDF without a French bank account? I've been looking for their IBAN info to pay via a company, but no luck. They don't respond to my letters etc. Also, I need to change my email address with them, but they have ignored my requests to do so. Any suggestions? I'm in the UK.
