How difficult it is to find rental accomodations for winter

thinking about possibly renting for 3 or 4 months next winter...November to early March. Is it very difficult to find a small house for 2 people? where is the best online site or sites for such inquires?

You can try this site and also leboncoin, there is also another website called longtermrentalsinFrance.

A lot of gites would offer you something for those dates. We've had 3 or 4 seasons where we rent our 3-bed house out. Check out http://www.domainetreloarholidayhome.com/

There is a little house in Tressere which is always available from October thur to April every year. PM for more info.

Beware. Some sites are overt in saying 'plus bills' . We chose to include electricity after one set of renters cost us more in remedial work (for not having ventilated and heated) than we earned.
