Artifiical Lawns!

Does anyone know if there is an installer of artificial lawns in the PO? I've surfed the net and can find several sites but none which appear to offer a service in the PO. Someone told me that that there is a supplier at a garden centre near Le Soler, but they didn't know whether or not they offer a fitting service.

Thanks for the info. Is your friend pleased with the lawn?

As Michael (Paddy Frog) says, Roger Hicks is the man to approach. He's the ultimate professional and, if he doesn't 'do' artifical lawns, he probably knows someone who does!

He and his wife, Chris, are the most excellent folk and we're delighted with the work Roger's done for us.

I also feel extremely fortunate in counting them as dear friends as well, and we've only know them for eighteen months.

I cannot recommend Roger highly enough.

Just in case anyone else is interested, I've tracked down a company in Canohes who supply and fit artificial lawns. Their website is
www.gazonsynthetique66.com
I will be contacting them shortly.

Unfortunately I didn't get a reply from Roger Hicks. I suspect it's not his 'thing'.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm surprised you didn't hear back from Roger as he's not the sort of person to ignore an approach. However I happen to know he was out of the country for a month which may explain the delay.
I'm glad to hear you've found someone in the meantime who can help...

I'm wondering if Roger ever received the message as answer-machines and emails are not always as reliable as we'd like them to be!

Karrie,

I contacted Roger and Chris Hicks today and they've received no communication about artificial lawns. They would be happy to hear from you and help if they can. I know you've found someone in the meantime, but I thought you'd like to know.

Sandy

Hallo Karrie,
Sandy M kindly contacted us to let us know that you had tried to contact us re synthetic lawns. Sorry, we never received any e-mail - It must have been filtered out??? Anyway if you are now fixed up, ok. If not, I would be pleased to call round and discuss the situation at your convenience, with a view to supplying and laying any amount of synthetic lawn for you.
I have registered on this site today, now that Sandy has informed me of its existance, so you could reply through Anglophone-direct.com or by phone, mobile, fax, or e-mail on <<hicksjardins@hotmail.com>>

Look forward to meeting you sometime,
Roger X
