Has anyone tried any of the builders advertised on this site? We are looking for some to help us put our fireplace together. Thanks for your commentaires.

Yes this company (Sarl Roussillon) have done a lot of work for us a new drive, steps and a pool, they are reliable and lovely people and do a very professional job.

That is our pool being done on the gallery link 3 but the window does not open fully. It also shows our steep drive work.

Here is the link that works, I googled it.

There's a new plasterer advertising on the site and in P-O life - a lady! How fantastic to see traditionally male dominated areas like this being covered by the fairer sex! Call me sexist if you wish (am ah bovvad) but i do think that most ladies in these kind of jobs take more pride in their work! having said this, please don't take this as a recommendation - I don't know the lady and am just speculating

Hah! deutsche Qualität und Verlässlichkeit (German quality and reliability!)
Image
The stamp of approval!

If I were still in the PO I would contact her immediately for any plastering work, both on the reputation plus the fact that I speak better German than French (having made my living in that language during 24 years) and know all the "technical terms" involved.

(Kate, is she aware of AFAR (in case newish in this area)?
