Excellent service from Enedis

Yesterday evening, during the storm, our electricity supply kept going on and off and I could see sparks shooting out from the power cable that runs through a line of cypress trees alongside my property.
After a few moments, the supply went dead and we had no electricity.
We called Enedis at 19h30 and by 21h00 they had a team on site. Our electricity was restored by 10h30.
Last year whilst on holiday in Thailand I got a message from our Alarm system that our power had gone. One call to Enedis and they came out and fixed a problem in one of their power lines, so all our frozen food remained frozen.
Obviously I can't speak for everyone but I have found them to be exceptional.
