Or even the classifieds in your local paper. You could look for someone looking to buy, or at least take away, “épavesâ€￾ which equals, roughly, dead cars.

By way of afterthought, if you fail your CT so comprehensively that they won’t let you drive it away, the people there will surely give you advice (and make a few bob into the bargain).
