Notaire Prades - Perpignan

Hi

I am looking for an English speaking Notaire either near Prades or near Perpignan. Somebody who can use email- I am in rainy UK.

Has anybody used this one who advertises on the main web site? Good/bad ?
If good do they have an email address?

Hi, we used an excellent notaire recently, Cecile Marty, who has offices at Vinca and Millas. We had an estate agent who interpreted but she did seem to speak English, and they have an english version of their website-

We were impressed with her speed of response to emails and also that she visited the house we were buying and checked everything was in order. I dont know if thats normal practise in France but certainly wouldnt get that in the UK!

I've use Dominique Janer 3 times. She's very thorough and looks out for your interests. She'll help you negociate with the other party and doesn't take any bullshit. I wouldn't describe her English as excellent but its good enough.
