Van and man/woman

I may need to move personal effects (no furniture) from Laroque to Annexx storage near Perpignan airport. (approx. 36km) Approx a Berlingo's worth of stuff.

Would anyone like to give me a quote for doing this, or can anyone recommend a "Man/Woman and Van" service.

It's not definite yet, just getting an idea of costs.
