I love the dodgy statistic: nesting in your camping car increases their chances of survival by "17.37%". I suppose it's too much to ask for a confidence interval.

It's also a bit depressing that it's expressed in terms of wasps becoming "more intelligent". The idea of evolution by natural selection is very powerful, and beautiful, and every other good thing I could choose to say. But it's also entirely easy to understand by anyone who can write their own name: it doesn't need to be noddified, as it always is in stories like this. Being intelligent is much over-rated: the important thing is to stay alive long enough to have kids.

But thanks for it anyway: I would never have guessed that wasps would have adapted to live in wing mirrors (though it's intelligible enough once you know). Isn't nature wonderful?
