Antargaz citerne removal

Hello, does anyone have a suggestion about how to get Antargaz to remove their citerne in my garden?
We do not want gaz as we are in the process of getting new electric fittings. I have written twice now Antargaz asking them to remove their tank from our property etc.. but they don't reply. It is a monster and in the way when other works start in the garden at some point.
I have heard on various forums that they don't want the cost of removing their tanks and are difficult to deal with - I do not have a contract with them and therefore I imagine their tank is now 'tresspassing'..
Anyway, if anyone has an experience of this etc.. I would love to hear. Thanks
