Longer rentals

Post by Sweaty Betty »

I have been contacted by a few couples and families, all English or American, who are keen to rent long term. This could be anything from 3 to 6 months or a year or more.
If your summer rentals are getting too "hot to handle" or you would prefer a more steady income, even whilst waiting for a buyer - then please let me know. Perhaps we could talk thru your concerns and the procedure?

Hi,
I have a 2 bed ground floor apartment in Amelie les bains that has just become available after a long term rental if this is of interest to you. We live in Ireland but will be visiting Amelie next month (9th to 13th).
If you are still interested and want to get in contact please let me know.
Best regards
