Hi All.
Does anyone have a rough idea of the price per m2 to build a new house around here?.

Hi, asked my son this recently and he said to count 1000 euros per square metre for a house. Not count7ng the price of the land.

Sounds about right but remember to add about 25% for all the extras such as painting, enclosing the garden, laying a driveway, fitting a kitchen and bathroom, etc.
