Does anyone know of an optician in the Argeles area who speaks english and who gives a thorough check up.

If you learn the French alphabet you shouldn't have a problem or go to the Spanish ones in Figueres as a friend did. Much cheaper than the UK.

Expect most opticians would know English alphabet if this is not possible.

There's a guy in Port Vendres who speaks excellent English apparently and has been recommend several times on the forum
