Hi All,
can anyone recommend an english speaking dentist in Perpignan or nearby. Thank you.

Ours is in Perps and is great (Opas will corroborate this) but never speaks a word of English. Wouldn't be surprised if he could if he wanted but then why should he?
It's a question of trust and he just oozes confidence.
I just lie back and think of .....well, anything I like.
Not much opportunity for conversation when your mouth is full of instruments anyway.

I know Dr Respaut (Dentist in Laroque) speaks excellent English.I've met him socially,but Kate knows him better than me as regards his dentistry. You can get full details on the "Doctors Dentists etc" part of the site.

He hasnt hurt me (yet - and I am a real big baby where dentists are concerned) and speaks excellent English if you need it.

M Peyras is a dentist in Argeles on the road running to the rear of Carrefour in the newish medical centre block. He is very nice the receptionists are lovely and he speaks a little broken english, enough to be understood.

Agreed, although we go to Dr Vilarem at the same practice. He speaks some English too, although when he told me to open my mouth, I thought he said bite hard...I got his finger, but he was pleasant about it!!!! I would have understood if he'd spoken French!
