Good news for some of us?

It's reported that the UK and the rest of the EU have agreed to maintain the existing reciprocal health insurance arrangements for people like me. It always seemed likely, but since they seem to be agreed on almost nothing else so far, still good to read, if true.

I've only seen reports on EHIC card for emergency healthcare. Nothing about the Cart Vitale. Have I missed something?
