A delicate subject.
A guest in one of my clients houses in Pepignan has seen rats on 2 occasions, once outside in the street, then yesterday in the property!
The owner has Been informed. The property is clean, we think the drains/exterior environment are the cause.
Who do we report this to? I remember years ago one of our now deceased neighbours had to call in a `department` when a tenant in a property she owned left it in an infested state, it had to be fumigated, the department name completely escapes me.
