Call for appointment? Or just go to doctor's office

I've never been to a doctor here but I need to see one today if possible. I have looked up English speaking doctors on this site and I see 2 in Argeles. Do I need to call to make an appointment or will they see me if I just go to the clinic? Does anyone know if there's an English speaking doctor in Villeneuve de la Raho?

Depends on the doctor. I know Doctor Salomon in Ceret has an open clinic at 5.

Dont need an appointment for Dr Sautai in Argeles but he is not there today. He should be there 9 till 1 on Monday. I think Dr Guyot is there today, he requires appointments. Dr Alchier (sp) of the same practice no appointment needed. All speak English although Dr Sautai is the best.

See it is Guiot. If you ring his receptionist (french speaking) she will give you an appointment.
