Not a decision that people can be bothered to make usually Martyn. Life's too short. Easier to go somewhere else and feel more welcome!!
Incidentally, on the shouting front, there can be several reasons for using caps.
1 You dont realise that your cap lock is on til the end, and it's not important enough to re do.
2 Some people can write and read more clearly in capitals
3 YOU WANT TO MAKE A POINTT
