ENGLISH SPEAKING PLAYGROUP

Hello everyone!
I am a Canadian mom living in Perpignan. I have two children, a three year old and a 4 month old baby.
My three year old speaks french and understands english very well however he NEVER speaks it. I would really like him to have more oportunities to express himself in english. I figured what better way than with playmates his own age?
So, if anyone in the area with young children would like to join us at the park (or another approporate setting) for a playdate please let me know!
