If you are at home as well as you hear a flood watch, you require to stay alert as well as you might also want to start to moving very valuables as well as furniture to higher parts of the house. If you are in your car as well as it stalls due to rising to water, you should abandon the car as well as walk to climb away from the water. Blizzards. Winter storms characterized via cold temperatures as well as strong wind and blowing snow are blizzards. Blizzards can last for days as well as the damage can last even longer. If you find yourself in the middle of a blizzard, you have few time to get ready. Better yet, create the preparations before the time of a blizzard even hits.

No it is spam which relies on people reposting it (which you just did).

They think that the more pages than contain their links, the higher up they will appear in search engines.

I suggest it would be better to just ignore stuff like that

As you say, the links at the bottom are the giveaway. But it's frighteningly close to almost English, and almost on-topic. It's only going to get worse.
