Rick Martell. Thought to be living in Elne/Corniella del vercol. I have something that belongs to him that I would like to return.

following on from this post, I did make contact with someone answering to his name , looking like him.
He is still in the area, owing money to one of his clients.The few tools still remaining in the property are still waiting collection too.

I understand he is not now siret registered as a builder.
