Another Sky problem :(

Having resolved the problem of the missing channels, I now have another problem.

My sky remote control is not talking to my sky box!

Can anyone advise what I should do, please?

I've changed the batteries. When you press a button on the remote you get a little red light on the remote AND the red light flashes on the Sky box so there IS communication there.

Thumbs, I think you have to tap in your code (a sort of PIN number) before it starts working again, after having had its batteries changed. (This might be a case of the blind leading the blind!Maybe someone else knows better)

Sky remotes have 2 modes, TV and satellite.

If you have inadvertently pressed the TV button then Sky will not work.

Try pressing the SKY button followed by the program guide button.

Also try pulling the pwer cord out of the sky box and then replacing it
