Orange I've been tango'd
Please can someone tell me how I get through to report a fault on my phone line using internet chat.
I get a constant crackle on the phone, frequent internet interrupts and when it rains, I loose everything completely until it dries out. The English speaking number doesn't work (always too busy - "please ring back later"). The on-line telephone line test doesn't work (keeps restarting), I can't get through to 1013 because the phone is too crackly to hear or be heard.
I'm pulling my hair out here...
any suggestions please?
