pal and seam advice sought

i have an xbox 360 that runs on pal tvs, as i understand it , france tv's were on seacam. with the new led tv's , does the above matter anymore ,, are all uk and french tv's interchangeable as far as xbox etc is concerned
would rather buy locally than chance a delivery from amazon uk if possible

I know nowt about the Xbox. But, as far as I am aware, most analogue compatible TVs sold in France are/were dual standard. I can only ever seeing one SECAM only TV. And it was made in the 1980's.

You won't have a problem. LCD TV's will accept any TV standard.

SECAM was a standard for analogue transmission in France (and Russia, but with a different polarity).

Just plug it in - it will work.
