M8 Android TV box.

I have bought one of the above boxes hoping to be able to get BBC etc. I am unable to enter Google Play to get the BBC app. The box appears not to be recognised by Google. Can anyone guide me as to why I am having this problem - we know several others who have managed OK.

Try googling 'cannot connect to playstore'. It isn't an uncommon problem and several possible solutions are suggested.

Presumably you can browse the wen ok, if you can't not much will work
