Am probably trailing way behind most people on here with this. Would be interested to hear informed opinions. I can't believe I've actually posted in this section....so not like me!!

American illegal streaming operation requiring a 4Mbps minimum download speed.
The standard package costs $250 per annum and you don't even get Film 4 !
I would be inclined to stay away from this one.

So would I. It looks as if it's the same Android IPTV box as G-Box and Droidbox but with their own app installed. If you get one of the tried and tested ones you can install the apps of your choice.

More like an ancient GREEK

Anyway, thanks for all the opinions expressed both on here and the Facebook site.

For now we're OK with Filmon, with its buffering (suits a pair of old buffers). It looks like our son has got us an Android TV box-thingy (geeky enough for you, Kate?), which will cut out the computer element + Apple TV we have at present and connect straight to the TV. He's programmed it to believe we're in the UK. We'll be picking it up on our next trip over there
