Apple OS Mavericks 10.9.2 Update

There is a compatibility issue with certain Hewlett Packard AirPrint Printers where the Mac can no longer find the printer. The printers still print wirelessly from iOS devices, iPads, iPhones etc.
Current solution: USB Printer Cable connection.
Future solution: a bug-fix from Apple or possible Hewlett Packard.

Not quite on-topic, but there seems no strong technical reason why Airprint should not work with any printer visible to your device (it did in the beta versions of the relevant iOS software). There are a couple of Mac apps which make it work with non-Airprint printers connected to/networked with a Mac: I use handyPrint.

Apple are working on a bug fix which repairs Airplay & AirPrint issues in the 10.9.2 OS update.
They had to really as the Apple store sells the printers that their MacBooks cannot "find"
