SFR 3G signal in Prades

SFR 3G signal in Prades
Help please anyone.
I have an SFR dongle which I use for internet access with my laptop.
I also have an iPhone 4S on a UK Vodaphone contract which switches to SFR when in Prades.
I have been using both the above for nearly 2 years when in Prades, but in the middle of last week the 3G signal disappeared!
As soon as I moved from Prades the signal re-appeared.
Can anyone confirm that the problem lies with SFR and that it will be resolved. Not having internet access in Prades causes mw serious problems.
(Unfortunatley both items are 'locked' into Vodaphone, so I cannot use the Orange signal.)
Any comments much appreciated.
