Just seen the article by Ted Krasny on the main site and pretty good it is too.
I'm not sure we are the main region for Natural Wine in France. There are many producers trying out those ideas in the Loire and Alsace too.

Two other places I would suggest for Natural Wines are :

La Voie Lactée in Thuir, which has the added benefit of being perhaps the best cheese dshop in the region

Les Indigenes in Perpignan, close to Place de la Republique, a wine bar that is only open in the evenings but has a great atmosphere.
