Lawyer specialising in property inheritance
My husband and I (UK citizens) live permanently in France and bought our house in a way we now realise does not allow us to leave it equally to our 3 children (from previous marriages). Can anyone advise us, or recommend a specialist lawyer/avocat/notaire who can help us rectify this situation?

The notaire who dealt with our house purchase is fluent in English and, I believe, knows English law. Her name is Maitre Luce Brousse-Chamichian in Rivesaltes. She may be able to advise you on how to correct the situation (I'm not sure if it is possible to 'backtrack' a house purchase though).
