Cheers..

Yes you can. In tubes or tins. It's called Lait concentré. It's normally with the powdered milk.

What type of pudney you making then, M??????

Just as an aside, most of the items you can buy in England you can get over here. There are a few that I've not found yet, but for the most part, you will just need to ask the question to know what to look out for. :D

Delia has a recipe for a lemon ricotta cheesecake which is absolutely delumpshus but takes bloody ages to make.

However, it tastes almost identical to a recipe I learned many years ago!

Normal biscuit base. 1 tin condensed milk, 1 tin sterilised milk, zest and juice of as many lemons as you want.

And that's it!

Needless to say, the Delia recipe has only been used the once!!! lol :D :D :D

....I tried to keep my talent quite  but wish I was a penny behind her..

I started with a Be-Ro (Bells Royal) book and loved it, then Mrs Beeton, then I purchased a Delia book and never looked back, she introduced me to cooking, and now have so many cook books I have lost count.
