Charity or second hand shops

Post by Emma Broda »

We have recently bought an apartment in Argeles Sur Mer and want to replace some of the old furniture. Are there any charity shops that will take furniture or second hand shops locally?

Call Emmaüs in Pollestres; they accept and sell all sorts of stuff: furniture, clothes, bikes etc. They'll pick up your load tho' you might have to wait a week or two.
On the other hand, you could try to flog it on Anglophone.....

FYI: At the moment Leboncoin is selling a Pinscher dog in exchange for leather furniture.
