Depends what you want to use it for. If you are looking for a gourmet oil for dips and salads, there are some very good ones produced here.

Mas St Pierre in Millas - their oils are sold in Harrods and used by the award winning choclatier in Perpignan.

Le Moulin de Minerve in Corneilla - single variety olive oils with intense flavours

La Canterrane in Trouillas - multi-award winning oil.

If you want something for everyday cooking, Lidl's is cheap and cheerful.

Thank you Santiago, I want it for dips and salads. Mas St Pierre has been also been recommended by a friend so shall start with that one and make a note of these you have mentioned for further trials.

Their Picholine is also good. It's worth a visit as you can taste before you buy and choose one that suits you.
