Restaurant Côté Sud, Pollestres
Had lunch here last week. Very reasonable with the plat du jour at at 7,90 € and menus at 10€50 and 14€Also childrens menu as below.

It's on the corner when you turn into the Intermarché
I had an enormous salad with absolutely everything on for less than 10€ and my friend had the plat du jour which was a delicious creamy pasta, loads, with bits of ham and stuff (you can tell why I dont do my own restaurant reviews!!)
It's just been taken over by a young couple - very clean and wanting to do everything right. No beautiful scenery, but typically french (2 old chaps standing at bar with berets andn a glass of vin rouge)
Worth giving it a try.
