After loads of French paperwork problems, Frank of Las Papallonas in Argeles has finally opened his new restaurant in Perpigna. For anyone looking for a last minute venue (and bearing in mind that he also does a cheaper new Year menu for those who don't wish to plough through six courses) he still has places available for the 31st.
