75g unsalted butter
1 x 210g tin of condensed milk
2tsp cinnamon
75g almonds
75g Amaretti biscuits broken

Loaf tin or lunch box

1) Line loaf tin/lunch box with foil

2)Use sharp knife roughly chop almonds

3)Place chocolate, butter, milk and cinnamon in saucepan, Heat gently over low heat for 3-4- mins, stirring with wooden spoon
until the chocolate has melted , beat and mix well.

4)Stir Almonds, biscuits and Apricots into the chocolate mixture in the pan, stirring with a wooden spoon until well mixed.

Makes about 16 slices, and we have it with Creme Fraiche or ice cream.
