Rich Chocolate Loaf

Rich Chocolate Loaf
150g dark chocolate
75g unsalted butter
1 x 210g tin of condensed milk
2tsp cinnamon
75g almonds
75g Amaretti biscuits broken
50g dried no soak Apricots
Loaf tin or lunch box
1) Line loaf tin/lunch box with foil
2)Use sharp knife roughly chop almonds
3)Place chocolate, butter,milk and cinnamon in saucepan, Heat gently over low heat for 3-4- mins,stirring with wooden spoon
until the chocolate has melted , beat and mix well.
4)Stir Almonds,biscuits and Apricots into the chocolate mixture in the pan, stirring with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
5)Pour the mixture into the prepared tin/box and leave to chill in the fridge for about 1 hr until set.
6)Cut the chocolate loaf into slices to serve.
Makes about 16 slices, and we have it with Creme Fraiche or ice cream.
