Olive pastes

I bought some olive spreads made by Le Moulin du Llevant in Laroque des Alberes last week. I thought they were excellent. They do a range of flavours with peppers, almonds etc. as well as other olive-based products.

I expect they will be on sale and open for tasting at the Aperitif du Terroir in Laroque this Friday evening 31/7.
