Is there a PPI refund to be had in France?
Our mortgage includes compulsory insurance.

A belated response. It still seems to be legal for mortgage lenders to demand compulsory insurance cover. The good news is that you can switch to another insurer offering equivalent cover (very much cheaper) to that your lender offered. The bad news is that you have to do it within a year of taking out your loan.

I dimly recall some idea that this limit might be relaxed, so it’s worth keeping awake.
