Has anyone received their Avis for Taxe Fonciere yet? The Connexion reported last week that they were in the post.

You talking about paper demand? If so had ours end of last week.

If you pay annually, the demands have only just gone out.

Thanks for the info Sue. It looks like I'll have to print-off the one you can see online and go into the Tresoir Publique in Argeles.

We lodged a RIB with them and they will take it direct from our bank next month. Didn't want to risk putting it to one side and forgetting it. :(

Paid Taxe Fonciere at the Tresoir Publique in Argelès. They and the main tax office in Ceret reckon there's been a major problem in the distribution of TF Avis d'impôts as they're getting enquiries, especially from people who do not have internet access, as to what they owe as the deadline is still October 15th.
Seems odd that I could see how much ours was on 31st August and it's now 28th September and nothing in the post.
Soon to face Perpignan Airport but that's a story for the Travel forum.

Sorry but you have to be a French income tax payer to register online.
Your main tax reference number is required and your previous year's fiscal summary (your adjusted taxable income)

I'm not a French income tax payer but have paid both property taxes online for several years now. All I did was follow the instructions on the paper avis. (This year's turned up in Scotland about two weeks ago)

Paying a bill you have already had on paper (at the Trésor) and seeing what's due when you haven't yet had a paper bill (from the impôts) are different systems.
