If you use Facebook, then it's well worth visiting the group Van Space Available UK-France-UK. It's a good space to say what you're looking for and get responses back from interested firms.

I used Ayrshire Moving Solutions athttps://www.1stchoicetransport.co.uk to transport 4 cubic metres or so from Scotland to Amelie-les-Bains a few weeks ago. Chris will transport loads of all sizes and criss-crosses the UK/France collecting and delivering. No complaints from me - didn't cost a fortune and everything arrived in one piece.

Hi!
We have been using https://www.man-with-a-van.co.uk services. They offer both deditaced and shared van services. You can opt for self-loading services what allows you to minimize moving costs.
